Returns & Exchanges

At Pickings and Parry, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your item isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
